Project Brief

Mr Bezuidenhoud requested an Off-grid system; we installed a single phase system where the energy usage was logged and the data used to determine the correct sizing of the battery bank.

Specifications:

  • 5kW SMA inverter with 3kW PV roof mount
  • 6kW SMA Backup inverter
  • 180Ah Battery backup only as the measuremnet phase, this is to be upgraded to the correct size Lithium-Ion once have sufficient energy data has been obtained.
